How does check-in work?
Check-in is entirely digital. You will receive a personal code that allows you to independently access the facility and your room.
The front desk is at the facility from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; outside these hours is guaranteed remote assistance.
What time can I come in?
2 p.m. onwards.
What if I arrive late?
No problem: access is available 24/7 by code.
Is it necessary to meet someone in person?
No, it is not mandatory. Access is by code independently, with staff support available if needed.

Is there an elevator?

Yes.

Do the rooms have a desk?

Yes, each room has adequate space to work comfortably.

What is the Wi-Fi like?

Fast and stable, ideal for business calls and streaming.

Are the rooms quiet?

Yes. The facility is located on a side, pedestrian-friendly street with virtually no traffic.

Is breakfast provided?

Breakfast is not included in the stay.

How does the cleaning service work?

Cleaning is provided at each check-out. Extra services are available upon request.

Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?

Luggage storage is not available at the facility. The nearest options are: - Radical Storage - Corso Europa 5 (8 min walk) - open 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. - Bounce Luggage Storage - Galleria San Carlo 8 (10 min walk) - open 10:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Both are booked online.

What is the nearest subway?

San Babila ( M1 and M4 lines).

How far is it to the cathedral?

About a 10-minute walk.

How do I get from Linate airport?

Direct M4 line, about 12 minutes.

Airport transfers

Is it possible to book a transfer service to and from airports?
Yes, it is possible to book a transfer service to and from Milan airports.
The service is on request and must be arranged in advance with receptionist, who will provide you with all information on costs and arrangements.

Car & Parking

Can I arrive by car?

It is not recommended: the area is subject to severe traffic restrictions.

Where can I park?

Recommended parking lots: Matteotti, Diaz, Velasca.

Does the facility have a garage?

No.

Is the facility suitable for children?

Yes, but dedicated cribs or baby services are not available.

Can I bring my dog?

Small pets are allowed with prior confirmation.

Can you hear noise during the night?

The noise level is very limited.

Can I cancel the reservation for free?
