In November, Milan shifts north-west. Four days of show at Rho, a whole city to enjoy in the evening. Part of our guide to November trade fairs and congresses.

Every November, EICMA brings hundreds of thousands of people to Milan. Riders, trade visitors, journalists, companies. All heading to the same place: Fiera Milano Rho. For a few days, the north-west of the city becomes its centre.
If you're going this year, here's what you need to know.

EICMA 2026 dates
3 and 4 November are reserved for press and trade visitors. From Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November the show is open to the public.
Tickets and opening hours are on the official website, eicma.it. Buy them online and early, especially for the weekend.
Getting to Rho Fiera
The fairground is outside the city centre, but well connected. By car, during EICMA, traffic and parking are the weak spot. Rail is almost always the simplest option.
Metro M1 · red line
It runs straight to Rho Fiera station. Check the direction: take trains bound for Rho Fiera, not Bisceglie.
Suburban trains · S5, S6, S11
They stop at Rho Fiera and run through Milano Certosa. From Certosa to the fairground it's just a few minutes.
Regional and high-speed trains
Some stop directly at Rho Fiera. Useful if you're arriving from outside Milan.
A practical tip: avoid the first hour after opening and the rush at closing time. That's when metro and trains are busiest.
Staying outside Milan can save money, but it ties you to the car. Staying in the city's north-west gives you both the show and the evening.
Where to stay for EICMA
There are two ways to do the show. Sleep close to the halls, or stay in the city and reach them every morning. The middle ground is Milan's north-west.
HÕMA Certosa District is a 12-minute walk from Milano Certosa station. From there, Rho Fiera is 9 minutes by train: about 24 minutes door to door. You're in the city, outside the ZTL, with Milan within easy reach in the evening.
- 13 modern rooms: 12 singles and one double, designed for solo travellers, business trips and trade fairs;
- 24-hour self check-in: back late, come in whenever you like;
- 1 Gbps Wi-Fi and a desk in every room, for those working at EICMA;
- reception staffed in the morning, plus WhatsApp support.
Two things to know before booking. Breakfast is not included: coffee and bakeries are a few minutes away. There is no private parking, but street parking is available nearby.

If you'd rather stay central
From the other HÕMA properties, too, Rho Fiera is reachable with no changes:
- HÕMA Porta Venezia: on metro M1, the red line that runs straight to Rho Fiera;
- HÕMA Spiga: a short walk from San Babila, also on M1, with the Quadrilatero for the evening;
- HÕMA 22 Marzo: near Milano Porta Vittoria station, with S5 and S6 suburban trains direct to Rho Fiera.
Book early
During EICMA week, rooms in the north-west sell out fast and prices rise. If you're coming for the trade days on 3 and 4 November, now is the time to book. Booking on the official HÕMA website gets you the best available rate and direct contact with us.
After the show
When the halls close, Milan doesn't. From Certosa District the city centre is a few minutes away by train. Dinner, an aperitivo, a walk: the best way to unwind after a day at the show.
