Check-in & Access

How does check-in work?
Check-in is digital.
Prior to arrival, you will receive a personal code that allows you to independently access the facility and your room.
The front desk is at the facility daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Outside of these hours, access is via self check-in; remote assistance is available if needed.
What time can I come in?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm.
What if I arrive late?
No problem: access is available 24/7 by code.
Is it necessary to meet someone in person?
No, access is done independently. Our staff remains available remotely for support.

Rooms & Amenities

Do the rooms have a desk?
Yes, all rooms are also suitable for work.
What is the Wi-Fi like?
Fast and stable, ideal for work and streaming.
Are the rooms quiet?
The location is central: the noise level may vary depending on the exposure of the room.
Is air conditioning present?
Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.
Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included in the stay.

How does the cleaning service work?
Cleaning is provided at every check-out. Extra services may be requested during the stay.
Is it possible to change the towels?
Yes, towel change is available upon request.
Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?

Transportation & Location

In what area is the facility located?
HÕMA Castello is just a short walk from Castello Sforzesco, in the heart of Milan.
What is the nearest subway?
Cairoli (M1), a few minutes' walk away.
How far is it to the cathedral?
About 10-15 minutes on foot.
How do I get from Linate airport?
Metro M4 to San Babila, then M1 to Cairoli.
How do I get from Central Station?
M2 subway to Cadorna, then an M1 stop to Cairoli, or cab (about 15 minutes).

Airport transfers

Is it possible to book a transfer service to and from airports?
Yes, it is possible to book a transfer service to and from Milan airports.
The service is on request and must be arranged in advance with receptionist, who will provide you with all information on costs and arrangements.

Car & Parking

Can I arrive by car?
The facility is located in a central area. We recommend that you check for any traffic restrictions (Area B / Area C).
Where can I park?
The facility does not have private parking. Parking garages are available for a fee nearby.

Animals

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed with prior confirmation and possible surcharge.

Payments & Reservations

Do you accept cash?
We recommend electronic payments.
Is it possible to cancel the reservation?
Depends on the rate selected at the time of booking.
Can I request an invoice?
