How does self check-in work?
Receive instructions for accessing the facility via email before arrival. You don't need anyone waiting for you-follow the instructions and log in independently, at any time.
Can I arrive at night?
Yes. Self-service check-in is available 24 hours a day. There are no time restrictions.
How do I contact the staff during the stay?
Via WhatsApp. The number is available in the check-in instructions. We respond during service hours.
Where do I park my car near the facility?
Each facility has an affiliated garage nearby. Specific details are given on the facility page. Milan has Area C and Area B: check if your vehicle can access.
Is late check-out possible?
Yes, upon request and availability. Standard late check-out is until 2 pm. Request it via WhatsApp at least the day before.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, in all HõMA facilities Wi-Fi is included in the price. The network is high-speed.
Can I bring the dog?
It depends on the structure. Pets are allowed in some HõMAs upon request. Check the specific facility page or write on WhatsApp.
How does check-out work?
Check-out is by 11:00 am. No need to talk to anyone: just leave the keys at the indicated spot and you are free. You will receive specific instructions with check-in.
Can I have the invoice?
Yes. Send tax information via WhatsApp or email before check-out.
How do I get to HõMA by public transportation?
Each facility is connected by metro, streetcar, or bus. Access instructions include the best combination of means from the train station and Malpensa and Linate airports.
Is HõMA suitable for families with children?
HõMA facilities are designed primarily for single travelers, couples and business travelers. Some are suitable for small families: contact us via WhatsApp to assess your specific situation.
Can I make a long stay (more than a week)?
Yes. HõMA is suitable for stays of 5-30 days. For long stays, contact us directly for dedicated rates.
