How does self check-in work?
You'll receive instructions for accessing the property by email before arrival. No one needs to be there to meet you — just follow the instructions and let yourself in, at any time.
Can I arrive at night?
Yes. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day, with no time restrictions.
How do I contact staff during my stay?
Via WhatsApp. The number is included in your check-in instructions. We reply during service hours.
Where do I park near the property?
Each property has an affiliated garage nearby, with details on its property page. Milan has Area C and Area B restrictions — check whether your vehicle can access them.
Is late check-out possible?
Yes, on request and subject to availability. Standard late check-out is until 2pm. Request it via WhatsApp at least the day before.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Wi-Fi is included in the price at every HÕMA property, and the network is high-speed.
Can I bring my dog?
It depends on the property. Pets are allowed at some HÕMA locations on request — check the specific property page or ask us on WhatsApp.
How does check-out work?
Check-out is by 11:00am. No need to speak to anyone: just leave the keys at the indicated spot and you're free to go. You'll receive specific instructions at check-in.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Send your tax details via WhatsApp or email before check-out.
How do I get to HÕMA by public transport?
Every property is connected by metro, tram, or bus. Access instructions include the best route from the train station and from Malpensa and Linate airports.
Is HÕMA suitable for families with children?
HÕMA properties are designed primarily for solo travelers, couples, and business travelers. Some are suitable for small families — contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your situation.
Can I book a long stay (more than a week)?
Yes. HÕMA suits stays of 5–30 days. For long stays, contact us directly for dedicated rates.
